i need some help with ipod video conveting
 

i have an ipod video and i couldnt get videos on it then i called up apple and ask them for help they didnt do much for me at all but the told me to purchase quick time pro 7 so i bought that and installed it on my comp and they told my to convert the movies to mp4 or mpeg4 format so i do this and when the move is converted to that i put it on my ipod but i get no sounds apple has no idea what i am talking about but if you can help or have any info on it im me at chokinvictim04 its my screen name thanks

Check out isquint (click on link) Oh I forgot to ask, you do use Mac OSX right? If you use windows then simply owning QT Pro I don't think will do the trick. I have a suspicion QT for windows does not have H.264 support. And I'm not sure about their mpeg4 conversion, since you need to be sure the file is the right dimensions. iPod supports mpeg 4 & H.264 video formats only.
