Originalsillyguy You really should ask your ISP that question because they have a "preferred list" of equipment (modems, routers, etc.) and software (connection app, TCP configuration utility, etc) they recommend that you should use. UK Bob |
ok will try ok i will try it agian but they really dont seem to wanna waste there time trying to explaine things to me lol but thanks for the answer |
The drag might be due to your settings in LW. Reduce your uploads & downlds speeds slightly. If you're not using iTunes then disable iTunes sharing option. Don't use the resume/find sources on all your files as this will definitely use up a lot of your computer's resources. If you use this function, use it on just 1-3 at a time. Set your uploads & downlds to autoclear. After opening LW, let it settle before using. It needs time to load the incomplete files, shared files & then it will attempt to connect to each one by one by itself. So give it at least 10 mins or more depending on how many shared & incomplete files you have. |
wellllll heres hopeing i did what you said now to see if it works (crossing fingers) thanks for the tips |
