LimeWire won't start

I've just installed LimeWire 4.10.3, and I keep getting this message when I try to open it: Limewire was unable to initialize and start. This is usually due to a firewall program
blocking LimeWire's access to the internet or loopback connections on the local
machine. Please allow LimeWire access to the internet and restart LimeWire. Then it closes.

I've turned off my firewall and added LimeWire to the exceptions, even upgraded to LimeWire 4.10.4, and I still get that message, what am I doing wrong?

Still no luck

I've tired all those things in there and still no luck. If this helps, I have:

Windows XP
256 ram
Broadband
LinkSys Adapter
And I've tried it with my Windows Firewall off, don't have any other FireWalls
The test page said 'Test ok'

I used to have Bearshare, but removed it, could that be the problem?

You're better off configuring your XP firewall to allow LW access, rather than running with no firewall at all.

What's the model number of your Linskys?

Did you install Java using the "offline" installer?
