Hi,what means with PG-13,R and that with the stars,Is PG-13 four stars??

The stars show connection quality. The more stars, the better connection (ie the host isn't firewalled & has free upload slots).
The other numbers....not a clue

If I put out A video on LimeWire,what star schould I choose?

I have choosen PG-13 right now,Is that right??

PG-13 and R are movie content rating PG-13 means OK for kids 13 and under with parental guidance. R stands for restricted if it was playing in a theater you must be over 16 to get in or with a adult usually sex,blood and or violence.
