Getting Around ISP's P2P Bogger?!?!?

So lets just say that ive done everything i possibly can to tweak my LimeWire, OS, Modem, Router, ETC. And have come to the conclusion that my ISP is the reason that my limewire connection is SLOW AS HELL......

Would there be any such Program that can disguise my limewire connection from P2P as say, a webpage, or FTP download, etc.???
