No Limewire on new computer w/ old hard drive

Our computer crashed yesterday and we got a new platform. We had the old hard drive inserted so that our old files would still be accessible. However, I cannot find Limewire when I do a search of our C drive and I can't find any of the songs I previously downloaded. If I have to start from scratch again, can I get Limewire downloaded without having to pay for it again?

Did you search your old drive for shared, or .mp3 (depending on what type of files you normally downld)?
