Slow download speeds

I have the free version of LimeWire and I was getting upto 150bps transfer rate. For the last two weeks it is only 1~10 bps. Has this happened to anyone else or have anyone got an answer?

It is possible that your isp has noted your heavy (I assume ) use of bandwith and decided to curb, or "shape" your bandwith use. It might be a good idea to check with them what their policy is regarding bandwidth use and p2p programmes.
