limewire question
 
Im thinking about getting pro but have a copple questions. What do i do so that i dont enable sharing info? and how come when i took off sharing music with my other pc all my songs became red color? what dose that mean? ty

You can go to the LW Library and right click on your shared folder and click "stop sharing folder". But why would you not want to share when you are downloading from other people who are willing too. If nobody shared there wouldn't be a file sharing network. You would be considered a freeloader and many people would block you from downloading from them.

Red means the file is not being shared.

Ty, but i have a new problem. i just closed my limewire and opean it and all my music is gone. what do i do?

When you unshare a folder it doesn't show up in LW Library. It is still on your hdd. The default location is C:\documents and Settings\"your account name"\Shared. You can go to the LW library and click on audio then click the explore button and it will open the shared folder.

What you could do is find the folder that your files are in and put a shortcut to it on your desktop. Then as you d/l new files from LW you can drag the files from the library and drop them onto the shortcut and they will be added to the folder. Then you can delete them from LW if you want to.

Again I would like to emphasize that freeloading is looked down upon and really isn't fair to the people that are sharing with you.
