please help

i have this problem and i cannot connect and there is nothing i cando about it, but tell me is there a program or a way i can download shared files with please i cant wait anymore...

I am not technical but if you cannot connect I can't see how you could download. I think you will have to be much more specific about the problem for anyone to help you.

Try using the search tool as well, I have sorted out lots of stuff that way without bothering anyone or waiting on someone to post.
