In LW go to Tools > Options > Saving, and it should say in there where your saved files are located. If you can't find it that way do a search of your hdd. Start > Search > all files and folders, type in the name of a file you know you downloaded. You should be able to find it that way.

The default location is C:\Documents and Settings\"your account name"\Shared.

Normal way to find your downlds is go to your LW Library window, select Saved Files folder & press the Explore button. Sample image here: Using Library Explore button to access downld folder (click on link) & the folder will open up for you.

However, it sounds like originally, you had the program folder as the downld folder, so when reinstalling, it deleted your previous downlds. The default location for downlds is C:\Documents and Settings\"your account name"\Shared
That's the safest location for them to downld to.

You could search the word incomplete, as your downlds would be either a level up or down from that location in the directory. If you only find one incomplete folder, then it seems you did indeed initially have the program folder as the downld folder.

Go to the LW Library window, select the folder called Shared, & this will list your previous downlds. Also press the Explore button to open up the folder for you. On windows OS, I think the Saved Files folder is a level up from the Shared folder. But you can use the explore button on each of the Shared folder and the Saved Files folder to check. I presume all your files are going to the same directory as it is possible to change them for different types of files. Not something I'd recommend until you get more experience with using LW.

BTW if you have changed your downld location, then some of your files might be in the previous location.
