Deleting Search History? (Limewire PRO) I've searched all of the options Limewire Pro has and I can't find any option for deleting search history. By search history I mean when you type the first letter in of a word you've searched for previously and it suggests this as a searching option. On the free version it used to give the option of clearing search history whenever you did this. Not so for Limewire PRO. Can anybody help me? |
It's the same for Basic or Pro, One thing you can do is shut down Limewire and when you restart it the history will be erased. The other thing is with limewire open go to Tools>Options>View>Autocompletion> then untick the box that says "Enable autocompletion of Text Fields" then click apply. And that will make it so it doesn't show the history |
Does clicking the "Clear History" button in the dropdown that shows the history not work? |

Here works as follows in pro: If my 1st search was "alma", and next "korte", the dropdown and the Clear History comes up together, only if I press "a" or "k". So if I can't hit one of the 1st letters of my searches, there is no dropdown and i can't clear the history. I would like to see in this case at least the clear history, maybe with all of my searches. There is no problem here with the clear history function. |
