Clueless!!!
 

Hi, just wondering if someone can help. I have no trouble downloading music. But when it comes to video i've had no luck. I've tried it 3 times with different files and i'm either not compatible or I just can't access it. HELP!!!-Sheree

You shouldn't experience any problems downloading movies, they do take alot longer though....
Maybe choose the files with the most hosts and always check your files using the Bitzi web lookup, this is always a good idea when your just starting out as so many files contain viruses or their not what they should be....

make sure you only download files which are the correct size and have the correct extension.

movies are usually around 600mb in size and the most common file extensions are avi, mpeg or wmv
