Zip - Virus Scan says its safe - is it?

I have a downloaded program - zip file 202.3 mb - I scanned it with MCAFFEY and it says it is clear -- is there still a danger? Anyone have any thoughts on this? THANKS

If you scanned it, it should be ok. ;)
