How to cancel??
 

Ok I have a slight problem.

Firstly I paid £16 something to download limewire and this is supposed to be a one off payment but I got charged this about four times. Can I get that money back?

Secondly Limewire basic is supposed to be free and i don't have limewire pro so how come i was charged in the first place?

Thirdly my bank statements say I have a direct debit even thought it's supposed to be free and how do I go about cancelling it as I cannot get any official help as i don't have limewire pro!!

You were scammed:(. Try to get your money back by contacting your bank/cc company. They should have a fraud dept. that can help you out. Then try to contact the site you bought LW from and demand your money back. You should also cancel the account you used to pay with because (as you are finding out) they will keep tacking on extra charges.
