I just restarted my computer when I had that problem and everything was fine.

i just fixed my problem!! and it occured to me a few minutes ago!!
i system restored my laptop... to what i last updated. whcih was the java thingy. and my laptop retsrated and all... and limewire worked :dance: :yahoo: am so happy lollllll...
so maybe u guys should degrade ur javas to the earlier version?

thank you all sooooooooo much, I uninstalled my latest Java 6 update and my limewire now opens again. I am running firefox as my web browser and wasn't sure if it was that or Java. Anyhow, thanks guys!
