I've read of this issue before somewhere. It would take me too long to find the discussion. But from memory I think it has to do with your videora settings. I suspect you have forgotten to tick the option to include audio. Check your output/converter options. You can test the video out before adding to iTunes/iPod using VLC - (click on link) _ (choose nearest mirror site)
