'Sponsored Result'??

Could anyone tell me what it means if a result has '(sponsored result)' written before the title?

It means it's not a real files. It's a file with some kind of http link on the title (hidden.) You can filter them out by adding sponsored to the keyword filters. ie: How to use the Keyword Filter
