Chat is very unreliable . If you get a chat window to open smile gently. If you manage to send a message and not get told host is unavailable, smile broadly. If you send a message and get a reply. Shout for joy. It depends on a number of factors.. like firewalls, routers, upload and download slots, and .... well Good Luck
