New user help with iTunes
 

I have downloaded many songs and they are now sitting in the limewire folder within itunes. I have spent all day with no luck trying to move the songs to the library. I have read many threads within the forum but am still having problems. First of all, I am not able to drap and drop on the itunes screen. Am I missing something? If I move a song to the itunes music folder (through windows explorer) it still doesn't show in my library. I don't know if I am having user error or perhaps I need to reload the itunes software. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I'm sorry, I don't know what you mean when you refer to a "sticky" at the top of the page. I have followed a few other recommendations I found through past posts but have had no luck solving my problems. Still don't know if it's user error or if I should reload the itunes software. I am not able to drag and drop either which is typically very basic in any other windows program.

A sticky is an important note pinned to the top of the page in all sections of the forum. Big red things:D

If you open iTunes, then open your LW saved folder, you should be able to drag & drop without a problem.
