Serious Problem

I got this problem and it's drivin me nuts and here it is:

everytime i download something with limewire, it automatically exits itself after like half an hour or so, can someone tell me why plz?:(

its usually because theres lots of crap on the network. what files are you downloading. mp3's? executable's?
