nero burning takes 4 hours to burn?

hello new here

why does it take over 4 hours to burn a movie to dvd
do they all take that long to burn?
i`m using nero express 6.se

If Nero had to convert it from one size to another or change
formats then yes, it will take a lot of time.

Otherwise, the disk burn itself will usually only take 13-17 minutes.
