UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I looked at the link in this post, but I'm still confused. I'm able to transfer the music from limewire ON my computer, and it appears as though it's on my MP3, but it isn't. What am I doing wrong? I have a ******* MP3 (is that's what's wrong?! LOL!) S A M S U N G is a bad word?!

lol, ******* got censored?

Cant you just drag songs from where you downlaod em to the mp3 player?

I figured it out! Thank you! The problem was that I assumed the music would automatically download onto my MP3 if I right clicked on "send to". Turns out I had to download the songs to Windows Media Player first.

let's keep this 'straight' here...

one does NOT download media into WMP...one imports the location of the media so that WMP knows where it is (which drive, directory)...said media is still where it was placed originally...try this to prove it: move the file to another place on your computer and try to play it from WMP's library...NO GO!...WMP no longer knows where the file is...hence the files are NOT stored in WMP...simple as that

anyways, da1nonly's advice about dragging and dropping should work, as most mp3 players are also portable storage devices (essentially external drives) and are seen and used as such by Windoze XP.....

glad to hear you got your problem solved though ;)

I thought when I used Rhapsody, that the music automatically went onto the MP3 when I clicked on "send to". My mind is probably fuzzy! :) Thanks for the reply!
