Default Disc Error, now Files Vanished!

Hey

I downloaded two large files, c.350MB each. My hard disk was full however, so I got a "Disc Error" when the program tried to verify the file contents. (Note that both files were completely downloaded, 100%.) When I cleared some space on the hard drive, I went back to try and resume the download. Wouldn't work. So I tried to preview the files. Wouldn't play. So, I restarted Limewire, in the hope that this would somehow kickstart the downloads again. When I opened it up, though, the files were gone from my download window! Plus, they're not in the incomplete files folder (checked twice!). This is highly annoying - anyone any ideas?

Default This may annoy you even more

Make sure that you have enough space on your harddisk when using Limewire.

I have tried exactly the same thing, and tried searching and looking through folders and nothing. Some kind of error happens if your disk gets full.

If there is a fix. I have no idea what it is. Maybe someone else on the forum knows something, but I doubt it.

Try to take it as a learning experience. I did
