Updating to 4.10.9

I'm using a slightly older version and keep getting a notice that 4.10.9 is available. I click to update, and the bleeding site refuses to come up. I use Firefox for my main browser, but the page refuses to come up on Mozilla Suite and crappy IE, too. I tried to udate last year to plain 4.10 and got the same result. What gives, or is this some sort of joke. If it is a joke, we are NOT amused.
