Renaming songs
 

Can someone please help me out, everytime i try to rename a song, the text goes red, and i cant listen to it anymore :(.

Just kidding. Does it say that you can't rename it because it's in use? This can happen if someone's uploading it from you at the time, or if you still have the song in your incomplete folder. If it's all downloaded & you're happy with it, delete it from the incompletes (if it's there) & it should work. Or try refreshing your library.

Normally, songs in red aren't being shared. But... you should still be able to rename it. To share a file, right click on it & choose Share File. Now it'll go black.Try renaming it now.

They're all black, so i tried to re-name a song that i dont really listen to, and it wasnt playing at the time, after i re-named it, it turned red, now i can't launch it. :(

Weird. Right click on it & select Share File. Does it play now?
Try the 'refresh' button in your library.

Ok nvm, that song that i re-named is black now, maybe all i had to do was restart limewire?
