How do I watch movie (MOV) ands ASX downloads???

And I think Windows Media Player plays .asx.

Assuming you have a Windows based computer, that should already be installed. I have an iBook, and so if you have a Mac computer as well, you can download Windows Media Player here

Personally, I won't even go anywhere near an asx file. Every time I downloaded one, I either got a security threat(adware or malware) or it re-directed me to another web site. And no, I didn't get to see what I wanted to. I've had the same problem with Mov files as well.

All those .mov files less than 30 MB in size are spam adverts from porn sites! :rolleyes: That's why you get a url link with the file. The only way to watch them without the url & security warning is with VLC - (click on link) _ (choose nearest mirror site).

ASX files are also mostly spam. I'd beware of them personally. I filter them out with the keyword filter by adding .asx How to use the Keyword Filter

But if you're really determined to watch them, then use the search button above & type in asx & you'll find a link to several players with the ability.
