You didn't say what your operating system is. If it is Microsoft, you can go to the support page and go into the knowlege base and search for uninstall and clean install. It involves going into the registry, so make sure you know what you are doing. Read and follow the instructions carefully. When one program fought with MS Millenium, I had to change some of the endings to dll's, etc. When my software programs fight with each other or MS, I found answers, both with the software help and MS help. An uninstall and clean install will most likely solve your problem.
