when i try to preview a download (MP3) nothing Happens ?

why is it that i cant preview a MP3 download in progress ?

That's not much information. Which operating system are you using? Preview with what program? LW?

You can ONLY preview as much as you've downlded of an audio file. So if you've downlded 10%, then you can only preview up to 10% of the song. If it goes for 3 mins then that would be about 18 seconds.

BTW if LW's media player isn't working for you, then use your default audio player instead. Go to LW's menu bar, Tools>Options>Player & uncheck the option & press apply. Next time you open LW & preview, your default audio player will open & play instead.
