programs i download all have WORMS WHY!
 

hello new to all this
why is it when i download programs they all have WORMS
and yet movies i d/l are fine ?
also the programs are all zip files and around 100. kb or 800. kb
hope that i`m aloud to say this
but i`m looking for a uk autoroute surely this can`t be ziped
as they are around 600 or 800 MB ?
i have tryed but they all have WORMS attached
SAFE OR NOT?

I don't know if you can infect videos, but exe, zip, rar, iso, etc. files are easy to infect. Then the same file gets spammed so much times with different names causing you to see a lot of worm results. When you search for programs, click the size section so the largest file sizes will appear on the top. Never download files like 857.1 kb or something like that. Make sure the size makes sense and even then, before you open it, scan it.
