This might be toeing the line.. and I'm sorry if it is, but its the only way i can think of to get this info, and I didn't see it on any other messages.

I had heard that *some* group has been tagging illegal files with a logger or a tracking thing or something, and that was the newest way of finding illegal downloaders. Is this fact or fiction? I'd be interested to know how this works. I don't touch those illegal things, but a rumor like that is very interesting.
