I have forgoten how to start in safe mode, do I try and delete
Java2 runtime environment,sev1.4.0-03 and j2se runtime environment 5.0 update 1, when in safe mode? Limewire has emailed me and I did this; no luck
I closed everything I could think of but to no avail I could not delete those 2 programs. I deleted .limewire folder. I also deleted all folders containing Java. After restarting PC I downloaded Java beta [jre] and re-downloaded Limewire . I have called my isp and they say they have no filters on sharing file programs. Limewire just did not connect for me when I opened it 4 days ago. I have tried the force port forward but after I set up the static address and inter that address in my browser I do not get the window that prompts me to enter username and password so I did not get anywhere with that.
