Connection Problem

LW says I have a firewall problem but that is not the case.I have not been able to connect in the last 4 days and I was wondering if I could have cleaned something out when I used a registry cleaner. I have done all the steps mentioned inthe forums to no avail. Is it possible that when I used Registry Mechanic that I took something out that I should not have. If I did, does anyone know what could it have been. I posted an earlier thread titled can't delete Java. Thanks for any help
