i downloaded music videos to my ipod but i can't see the pictures. I can hear only the song

Then they're probably not 100% compatible. Make sure they're either H.264 or mpeg4 file type. If you have iTunes, importing them there 1st is one way to test them, though iPod tends to be a touch more sensitive. You may need to reconvert those video files you added.
