Dominion Tank Police music

Well I have yet ANOTHER music query, maybe this one won't be next to impossible to answer! :eek:

This is the original Japanese opening theme for the Dominion Tank Police OVA (not New Dominion Tank Police); I believe the title may be "Hot Dance Under Cherry Moon", that part is sang in really bad english, but the rest is japanese....anyone know the actual title and artist?
