lost my images...argh

I've been using limewire to share football images.

I download them into a folder called 'vaz's images'.

I went into limewire today and was just browsing around it, and I saw all the images that I have. (Library > Saved Files > Images)

I deleted them all from that because it just seems like clutter and I didn't think limewire had the power to actually delete the images, just the history.

But I went itno the folder, and they're all gone...

I've tried a system restore, but to no avail...

Is there anyway at all I can get my images back?
