Music will not play in Windows Media Player Library

Greetings!

I have a problem with using Limewire in regards to moving the music that have downloaded from the temporary folder to MY Libray in Media Player. Once I download the music to a new playlist in my libray, I then go back and delete it from the temporary folder, then when I come back and try and play the music, it all starts highlighting in red and will not allow me to play the songs at all. Most of the music I download to my libray does this(not all)...Does this mean that I need to keep the temp folder in order to play these songs, and if this is the case, if Limewire suddenly crashed or whatever, wouldn't I lose all my songs in the temp folder? Why can I not play these songs highlighted in red and if they are highlighted, then I surely cannot transfer them to mp3 player or even burn them.
Can anyone please help me with this?

Save your songs as M3's NOT as a playlist. Here's what I do: move all your songs into a music folder on your desktop in your C Drive if using Windows, then, you can click on a song and upload the entire music folder into WMP.

You need to take your music out of Limewire's folder to burn it. You copy and past the songs into another folder instead. You can always delete that folder after you are done burning.

Thanks for the rply!

I am now trying that. Do I have to drag the music from the temp folder to a file on my C drive in My Music? I named the folder and dragged the song. Now what? Do I open with Windows Media Player next and then preceed to save to library or not? Or do I even need to save it to Media Player Library sinced it is saved in my music folder on my C drive? I am not sure I am doing this correct. By the way, I noticed that when I dragged the song from the temp folder, it is no longer in the temp folder, so I have nothing to delete.

Thanks for the feedback!

Ok here's the steps: Copy/paste your MP3's to a folder on your desktop.
name this folder "Music" or "My Music" so that Windows will know it's a music folder. Proceed to copy the music into this folder from Limewire. Then, open the folder in your c drive, that you just made, on the left side of the folder it will or should say 'play all' at the top left, providing your are using Windows XP and it will load all your music into WMP. Or, single click a selected song and it should load automatically.

For burning, not sure what software you have but burn this new folder, load it tinto your burning software and "Data Burn' the disk. After you are done burning you can either keep the folder you just made or delete it whichever you prefer. If this doesn't make any sense to you let me know? :)
