Loading Problems

Okay, I'm not very computer-educated so what seems annoying and hard to me may be a piece of cake to some of you smart people out there so I'll get to the point. When i Double-Click or select Limewire (basic) from my Start menu everything goes as normal until it finishes loading, all I get is the upgrade selection box and the Limewire Thingy at the bottom, but when I click it to pull the page up nothing happens? Does anyone have any idea what may be wrong?

Note: I just tried downloading a new Limewire, didn't work.
