Mixed languages

Hi all gurus ..... I have been using Limewire for sometime now and all has been fine. I reloaded it yesterday and behold! all was in Dutch (I think it's Dutch, normally it is in English). I haven't done anything unusual or loaded anything on to the computer except for this instance of Limewire. My computer settings all say "English (Australia)". Even when I get a fresh copy from the Limewire site, it loads as Dutch also, and yes, I do select English whe it asks. I tried to buy the full version, but it won't let me ("This session has time expired" or words to that effect and it only took less than a minute).

What can I do to regain an English version of Limewire and why can I not buy the full version?

Thanks for any info ....

Cheers
Kev

You can get basic (free) or Pro (US$18.88 with 6 months' worth of email support & free updates) here
www.limewire.com
Please get LW only from the official site, that way you'll get a clean version!

Can I just ask where you got your other version? "This session has time expired" sounds a bit fishy!!

Hi Birdy - sadly, that is the address that I have been getting it from and also the site that has been giving the session expired messages. I did both - followed a link the first time and hand typed it in the second time to be sure I wasn't following some sort of scam. I thought it sounded a little fishy also, so I stopped trying until I could get some info on what might be wrong.

If your LW's the real thing;), this'll show you how to change language

See how that goes with the version you have now!

Woo hoo!! That worked! I thought it would (hoped it would?!?)be something as simple as that, but not being able to read Dutch I wasn't able to find it.
:) :)

Thanks Birdy

Cheers and thanks
