ive just deleted 7 hours of tunez from my library is there anyway i can retreive them.?

Suggest u might try a system restore (assuming you are using windows XP).

Sorry but I don't think a system restore's going to help this time:(
There's a sticky at the top of this page "Deleting files from LW library - Don't",
read through that. It has links to some file recovery programs.
