Unhappy gba file, help me !

when the download of a game of 22 megabites is done, and to me 22 megabites is a very big number(i have a stupid modem(56kbps)), and i waited hour and a half for it to be done, then i found that its extention is (.gba), and i didnt know what kind of programs can read this file, and i searched and found ( GrabIt) but it says :{ the selected file is not compatible with the GrabIt batch file format of this release.}

i don't know what to do, i've downloaded it again but of different size and different name, but when i unRARed it, its the same .gba file but of different size...

A .gba file is a file to be loaded into a gameboy emulator.
