Ive left forum questions on limewire, themusicarea,(which I paid 40$ to get limewire pro and got f'n basic) and gnutella, and limewire wont work, I just want my money back,there is no god damn customer service if I dont get a response Im taking legal actions this is f'n ridiculious, the add said get limewire pro paid the money just got basic and it doesnt work, 3 days unistalling java limewire and no response I just want my money back

auh, hate to break it to you but you can only get Limewire Pro from the official Limewire website at: www.limewire.com. You got scammed, Limewire Pro is only 18.88 in us dollars. I sugggest you cancel that transaction ASAP.

You dont have to delete anything. Im getting annoyed at people who post a second after I do with the samething expect they add links like the person's gonna read it or something. If I hadnt posted I doubt you would have noticed the topic. This part of the reason I stopped coming. Its rude to ignore a post thats already explains it but Im used to rudeness around here. If you get scammed just contact your cc card and cancel that transaction. Just make sure you get Pro from the official site. I think you need to renew it after 6 months though. It's 18.88 in US dollars anymore than that it's a scam. Not sure what 18.88 amounts to in currency exchange via other countries. It's always 18.88 for Pro and 6 months free upgrades. ;)

hello sphinx.i received your email,and although a little confused regarding the reply, i still am unsure of wether or not i am making the same mistake again or i should be in another area.am i simply attatching myself to another persons notice??if so then i appologise as i am a novice to the forum,but do need to get to know how to ask questions as i have one myself.i picked up on a person who mentioned paying more money than the 18.88 you mentioned and of course i replied--because i also paid more but not realy, its a currency factor between countries.i should imagine there are countries out there that pay less.my intentions here are to encourage people who are stressed out.and i did use the official limewire site.

A personal note from me (though no-one has asked me for my opinion). In the end, Hobo and you are trying to help people here who are less computer sawy than you. You're doing so due to a certain kind of generousity, which is part of both of your character traits. Those people you've helped so far appreciate you being around here lending them an ear. Regardless of whether there are some animosities or resentments you might have which each other, you can't deny these facts.

I, for myself, believe that Hobo has reacted to your statement quite reasonable and gentleman-like. And since you're sharing some of his character traits, I believe you'll be able to act in a same fashion, for the benefit of those who seek your help.
