Dowloading from 8 hosts @ 140Kb until internet crashed and now only from 3 hosts @ 17
 

I was dowloading a movie from 8 hosts at 140Kb until my internet crashed. I reconected the net but now it's only downloading from 3 hosts, at 17kb. Can I do anything to get back to the speed the computer was dowloading before? I had only 20 minutes left to finish dowloading and now it has jumped to 3 hours!!!

what happened in a nutshell is that at one point you were nicely connected to certain ultra-peers which had certain users 'under their wings'...you lost said connection, and are now most likely connected to a different set of UPs, with a different set of users 'under their wings'..

the only thing you could do would to have logged the IP addys of the users you were connected to so that you could try direct connecting....

The movie I am trying to download is available from 127 different hosts.

If I cancel the downloading of that file and click on the same file again, will it resume where I stopped or will it start downloading from the beginning?

It should start from where you left off.
