Help - Cannot Copy Music Uploaded In Itunes!

Can anyone help me please. I am using a mac with OSX, and using Itunes. Whilst recently running limewire and performing some searches, I launched itunes and to my ( pleasant)surprise, found under my 'shared' folder within itunes someone else's Music files named just as 'Hennis music'. This person has alot of great stuff I would like to copy. The problem is I cant seem to be able to copy it to my itunes Library. Not by dragging and dropping it or copy and pasting it or even trying to create a new playlist with it.

The other problem is that it doesnt seem to show up in Limewire either , I cant even see where it is in my connections tab.

Can anyone suggest how I amy be able to copy some of the music to my computer.
