Blocking adult content

How can I block adult content? Cause, whenever I try to search for a movie, I almost always get porno results instead of what it is I'm looking for. Why is this? Can someone tell me how to keep that from happening? Cause I even use that "rating" setting when searching, no effect. :(

tools-options-filters-keywords tick the box next to the line that says ignore adult content. It wont filter it all but u will find it much better.

That may not filter out all such results, but it's a start. A more complete way is Direct instructions to eliminate porn from results. You might think of other terms to add yourself.
