cheers | I ran into that problem myself. In my case the CD-r disks were the problem. When I went out and bought some very cheap HP cd-r 52x disk and started burning at 24x I have had no problems whatsoever playing it in any of my equipment. Allthough I still have problems getting them to play without skips in some of my friends cd-players. You might just have a crappy player. When you burn with WMP the ID3 tag isn't burned so you have no info on artist/songname. With Nero you do. Also be very careful when inserting disks into your burner that there is no dirt or dust on them. That will mess up your burned disk if your burner gets filled with dust. Hope this helps 
BTW I also noticed that Nero is best at burning MP3, not other formats  |
