spam! I've never seen that one but I rarely open spam nowadays for security reasons. You can filter it out with the dynamic learning Junk Filter. It is quick to learn basic spam. Viruses take a lot longer.

You could also put LONGMOVS into your keyword filter. How to use the Keyword Filter
