Does this happen with all or only a few songs?

Many people disable LW's media player because if LW is too busy downlding, etc. then the media player suffers in performance. So thus by disabling the player their default audio player plays the songs instead.

You didn't answer my question. I don't know ... I can only guess. It's either a corrupt file, or it's in an unconventional mp3 format. eg: perhaps the bit rate is too high, or something. There's so many different mp3 converters out there. Some are a little too smart or dumb for themselves by using standards that most mp3 players cannot understand.
