 First of all, did you buy LW Pro ($US18.88 for 6 months of updates & email support) from www.limewire.com ?? Just have to make sure you've paid for the real thing before following anything up   |

| Yes, i went back and double checked. Its from the actual site but there is no one to talk to unless you actually get the service, so im stuck in the middle!! |
