Hi,
I've noticed that when i connect to the network, I always get 3 ultrapeers despite the fact that some many of them(7 or more) attempt to connect. It always ends up with me connected to only 3. Is there any reasons why this is so and can I change it?

If you're using LW Basic it will only connect to 3. If you're using Pro it will connect to 5. If you're running as an ultrapeer you'll connect to more ... but that depends upon how healthy a connection you have, how much spare bandwidth you have & whether the network is in need of more ultrapeers. It's not a user decidable thing (though you can disable the option under speed settings.)
