Virus Located in a download File

Virus Detected by AVG Antivirus. The File in question is titled: PC Beginner CD 2006.zipwhen unzipped on my PC. Has no affect on my iMac for it can't read .exe files. The file is 198Kb in size. Just a little bit of info for all users.

Zip & exe files are notorious for being infected
WARNING: Viruses on the network you should be aware of

If that was a copyrighted file that you downloaded, could you edit out the name please? Just that it's against the forum rules;)
